Refund Policy:
You have 30 days to examine the package and decide if this product is for you. If you decide to request a refund, your refund request must be submitted in writing to our Help Desk at www.MyHelpButton.com within 30 days. At that time, you will be given a return authorization number and confirmation of the return shipping address. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
The return should be mailed using a trackable, fully-insured method such as UPS or Express Mail, and must include the return authorization number. If your return is lost or damaged in transit, a refund will not be processed by us, but instead will come from the insurance claim filed by you with your shipper.
A refund is only given after the return shipment is received and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Fees for any piece(s) not in resalable condition will be deducted from the refund amount based on the total product cost and the piece(s) damaged.
A refund will be issued for the product price, less a $10 restocking fee (to verify all contents, redo shrinkwrap, and to otherwise prepare the package to be resold), and less any fees for product damage. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If any return shipping fees are incurred by us, such as for a shipment refusal, those fees will be deducted from the refund, along with a $3 processing fee.
Any order canceled after the order has shipped will result in a refund less shipping fees. If return shipping/insurance is not paid by you, the refund will also be less return shipping fees, along with a $3 processing fee.
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by customer, an additional shipping charge will be incurred at customer's expense.
After submitting a refund request, our reply will include full instructions related to the return process, including information regarding submitting a return tracking number and processing times.
